Orthians Polycraft LLP is a registered business entity in India, engaged in the manufacture and bulk supply of promotional stress balls, smiley balls, memory foam comfort products, and custom foam products. Our registered address and GST details are available upon request for invoicing purposes.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on this website are provided for general information purposes. Actual product colours, dimensions, and materials may vary slightly from what is depicted, as products are manufactured to order and may be subject to production variations.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product without prior notice. Product availability is subject to manufacturing capacity and material availability.
All prices displayed or quoted are exclusive of GST, shipping charges, and applicable duties unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, order volume, customisation requirements, and current market rates.
A formal quotation issued in writing (via email or WhatsApp) is valid for a period of 7 working days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. We are not bound by any verbal pricing commitments.
We operate exclusively as a bulk B2B supplier. All orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ), which vary by product and are communicated at the time of enquiry. We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our MOQ requirements.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written purchase order or advance payment as agreed. Production will not begin until order confirmation and payment terms are fulfilled.
Custom orders — including logo printing, specific colours, and bespoke shapes — are accepted subject to feasibility. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate artwork files and branding guidelines. Orthians Polycraft LLP will not be liable for errors arising from incorrect or low-quality artwork supplied by the client.
Pre-production samples may be provided at cost and must be approved in writing before mass production begins. Any changes requested after sample approval may result in additional costs and revised timelines.
Standard payment terms are communicated at the time of quotation and may include advance payment, partial advance with balance on delivery, or credit terms subject to prior arrangement. All payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.
Late payment may result in order delays or cancellation. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with applicable law.
We offer PAN India delivery. Lead times and shipping costs are communicated at the time of order confirmation and vary based on order volume, destination, and product type. Orthians Polycraft LLP is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon handover to the logistics provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
As a manufacturer of made-to-order products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. In case of manufacturing defects or quality issues, please notify us in writing within 5 working days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence. We will investigate and, if the claim is valid, offer a replacement, repair, or credit note at our discretion.
No claims will be entertained after 5 working days of delivery.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product photographs — is the intellectual property of Orthians Polycraft LLP or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.
When a client supplies brand logos or artwork for custom products, they warrant that they have the right to use such materials and indemnify Orthians Polycraft LLP against any third-party intellectual property claims arising from the use of client-supplied content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orthians Polycraft LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data.
Our total aggregate liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that specific order.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
